An experience at the crossroads of gastronomy and well-being 

Imagine enjoying local cuisine while contemplating the landscape that inspired it. That's what Strøm Nordic Spa's Nord restaurants are all about. There are five Nord restaurants - Old Québec, Nuns' Island, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Saint-Sauveur and Sherbrooke - located in Strøm Nordic Spa centres across Québec. These offer Nordic-inspired gourmet cuisine featuring fresh local produce, in a unique natural environment. Combining hospitality and savoir-faire, the experience awakens the senses and nourishes the spirit. 

These five restaurants are supported by the Nord Laboratoire Culinaire, a space dedicated to culinary innovation. It's here, on the banks of the Chambly Basin on Montreal's South Shore, that menus are first imagined, and where the public can come and taste the brigade's creations. 

Raphaël Podlasiewicz, director and executive chef, is responsible for the philosophy behind the restaurants. He and his team bring to life a seasonal menu that showcases proudly Québec ingredients and expertise. 

Initially born of the desire to offer a culinary experience different from that usually found in spas, the Nord restaurants now offer a unique experience at the crossroads of gastronomy and well-being.
